Website Questions
I've never had a website before, where do I start?
We are here to make the whole process easy for you. The first step is to get in contact with us.
How much does a website cost?
There are a multitude of factors that comes to play when building a website. Our basic website begins at approximately $1,000 and goes from there, depending on your specific needs.
How long does it take to design and build a website?
Approximately 2 weeks. Depending on the functionalities of the site, this obviously varies. Each project will set out a customized timeline for each proposal process.
Why don't I just make my website myself through Wix or Squarespace?
Depending on your budget and the functionality of the website, it may be a feasible option to learn how to create one yourself through these platforms. These platforms are great for simple websites but they do not allow you to customize exactly how you want it. If you are thinking of using Wix or Squarespace, let us know and we can still consult with you so your project is accomplished correctly.
Do I need a domain name?
Yes you do. If you don’t have one already we can easily help you acquire one.
Do I need my own web hosting?
If you don’t already, we offer web hosting to make it simple for you. If you already have hosting, even better.
Do you write the content for my site?
Not entirely but we can help you with the process of creating your copy. The content on your website should reflect you and your business effectively.
Content Creation Questions
What type of camera gear do you use?
Vision 360 Media uses the Canon R-series for all filming and shooting ground footage. Our aerial footage is shot on DJI drones. We also use a multitude of 360 cameras for certain projects.
How do you edit your photos and videos?
We use Adobe software to edit and process the media.
Do you create content for social media?
Yes, we create photos, videos, flyers, and other graphic designs for any social media platform you may be on.
Social Media Management Questions
Do you manage clients' social media accounts?
Yes, we post for our clients and interact with their users to communicate the products and services they may offer.
How often do you post?
Depending on the action plan we set out, it could range from 3 – 7 times per week.
Do you respond to comments and messages?
Yes, we will discuss with our client what the voice of the account should sound like and what we want to communicate to the users.
